The Population Control Department is struggling to "end-of-life" increasing quotas of Reject citizens. To hit culling deadlines, management outsource a fraction of h_ngings jobs, sometimes to hairdressing salons!
The H_nging Salon comic follows Natasha, an humble hairdresser with elementary training in causing a sudden end-of-life of citizens, as she "ends" two Empire Reject citizens. Empire tradition dictates that both Rejects and executrixes be bare.
